Hold the tape with Panty Waist Sizing side facing outwards.
Wrap the tape around your waist. Take note of your waist size as labelled on the tape. Ex: Extra Large or XL (36").
Let us proceed with your HIP measurement:
Hold the tape with Panty Hip Sizing side facing outwards.
Wrap the tape around your hips. Take note of your hip size as labelled on the tape. Ex: Extra Small or XS (34").
